We keep this short because there isn't much to say — and that's by design.

What we collect: nothing

My Quilt Math does not have accounts, logins, or a database of users. We don't ask for your email to use a calculator. Everything you type into a calculator stays in your browser and is gone when you close the tab — we never see your quilt's measurements, and they're never sent anywhere.

The only thing stored on your device is a single setting: whether you prefer light or dark mode, kept in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it next visit. You can clear it anytime by clearing your browser data.

Analytics

We rely only on Cloudflare's built-in, privacy-respecting analytics — aggregate page counts and general trends, measured without cookies and without building any personal profile. There is no Google Analytics, no tracking pixel, and no selling of data. We never know who you are.

Advertising

To keep the site free, we show display ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to show relevant ads and measure performance. You can review and control ad personalization in your Google Ad Settings, and opt out of personalized advertising from participating vendors at aboutads.info. If you're in a region covered by the GDPR or CCPA, our advertising partners provide the required consent controls, and you'll see a consent prompt where the law requires one.

Affiliate disclosure

Some links in our guides are affiliate links, mainly through the Amazon Associates program. If you click one and buy something, we may earn a small commission — at no extra cost to you. We only link to tools and supplies we'd genuinely recommend, and a commission never changes what we tell you. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases.

Accuracy

Our calculators and guides are offered in good faith and use standard quilting formulas, but they're estimates and educational information, not a guarantee. Always measure your own project and double-check before cutting fabric. We're not responsible for fabric that comes up short.

Changes
